As Lead Project Manager of Blue Environmental for over ten years, Jason enjoys working with a wide range of clients on challenging permit compliance issues throughout the Pacific Northwest.  He is passionate about making environmental compliance a simpler and more efficient process for his customers, from small businesses to large corporations.  Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Washington and is both a Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ) and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).  Jason is proud to contribute to environmental sustainability in the Pacific Northwest, and has helped over eighty clients reach or maintain permit compliance throughout Washington State.

▶   KELVIN KONG, CESCL   Lead Client Services Consultant

Kelvin joined Blue Environmental in 2016, bringing over six years of experience in Stormwater Pollution Prevention services.  He provides comprehensive services to facilities covered under the ISGP and CSGP, including: Hazardous Waste Technical Assistance; Best Management Practices; Assistance with Secure Access Washington (SAW); Business Inspections; Stormwater Sampling; and Annual Training.  Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of Washington and is presently working toward a dual degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.  Kelvin is also a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL).

▶   PAUL PEDEN II, CESCL  Client Services Consultant

Paul joined the Blue Environmental team in 2019 after relocating from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Coastal Environmental Sciences from Louisiana State University and the University of Sydney, Australia. Paul is interested in the unique, temperate environmental systems of the Pacific Northwest.  He is dedicated to helping his clients stay compliant and successful while preserving the health of these systems. As a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL), Paul adds a wide range of skills ranging from on-site field sampling to the creation of stormwater pollution prevention plans carefully tailored to each client’s needs.
